STRESS MANAGEMENT: Being able to deal with all of the stresses of daily life are crucial to maintaining good mental and emotional health. Stress management techniques are taught so individuals can put into practice all that is needed to be able to deal with stresses of daily living. NUTRITION: What one eats has a great effect on one's health. Nutrition is emphasized as needing to treat one's body with the utmost respect by honoring what one puts not one's body. There is not one diet for everyone...but it is important when healing that one's body gets the essential nutrients and does not have to do extra work getting rid of toxins from foods. STRESS REDUCTION CLASSES FOR 2016 START IN MARCH AND SEPTEMBER I will be conducting mindfulness stress reduction classes starting either Monday March 14 or Wednesday March 16, 6:00-7:30pm in State College. Go to Stress Reduction Classes MINDFULNESS MEDITATION Every other week before the Mindfulness Stress Reduction Class we have a mindfulness meditation for 30 minutes. All are welcome to attend, no experience necessary. Please notify me if you are planning on attending.
