Mental and Emotional Patterns
An understanding of how you function and respond on a mental and emotional level is very important. People can be exposed to the same stresses and environmental influences. What differentiates them is how they react on the mental and emotional levels. Mental and emotional patterns can play a big role in attaining strong health. When your patterns are understood they can bu used in the most optimal way to help you achieve a strong sense of health and vitality.
